All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Collect Vision Co. are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error occurred in fulfilling your order.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Collect Vision Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. Upon review, if the item is determined to have a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors. To qualify, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be returned in their original packaging.

  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error made by Collect Vision Co. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
